Description
Lanvin necklace. Lanvin is a historic French luxury fashion house founded in 1889 by Jeanne Lanvin in Paris. It is one of the oldest French couture houses still in operation.
Jeanne Lanvin began as a milliner (hat maker) and later expanded into clothing after designing elegant dresses for her daughter. Her mother-and-child inspiration became a signature theme for the brand. Lanvin has gone through several creative directors over the years. One of the most notable in recent decades was Alber Elbaz (2001–2015), who revived the brand with romantic draping, bold necklaces, and modern elegance.
